Kaleb Taylor

M.S., Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Hello all, I am Kaleb. I am here to help you with what is on your mind: Whether it is anxieties in life, difficulty in dealing with stress, relationship struggles, feeling down, or feeling hopeless, I want to help you develop a new way of coping and thriving. In my approach, I help you identify what behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and experiences you want to focus on. From there, we work to create a new set of thoughts and behaviors that serve you best. We accomplish this through the counseling relationship (developing our working relationship), resources (e.g., books, worksheets, etc.), mindfulness (becoming more aware of yourself), and behavior training (changing what no longer works). If you desire to find a better version of yourself, then I am excited to take that journey with you! Separately, I have experience working with a variety of ages, people groups, families, and issues. My theoretical orientations rest in Cognitive-Behavior, but also include Person-Centered, Jungian Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Therapies. Professionally, I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern and graduate from Palm Beach Atlantic University with an M.S. in clinical mental health counseling and B.S. in community psychology. Personally, I enjoy creative writing, wood working/projects, 3D design, language learning, and the outdoors.
