Brody Srodes

Hey There! My name is Brody and I’m a Graduate Student Intern at Lyon Counseling. What brought me to be a therapist is my own journey of self-discovery. In my late 20’s I sat across from a therapist, looking for answers. What happened in that room set me on a path that I am overwhelmingly happy to walk. The opportunity to work with others, in the same way my therapist was able to work with me. My approach is simple and it reflects my life journey up until this point. Our work together will strive to connect you with your own meaning. I believe the answers you seek are within you already. I will simply act as a guide, to walk with you while we work together to find what gives you a sense of purpose and connects you with who you were always meant to be. I believe the therapy room is a sacred space, and being trusted to share in it with another person is the greatest honor I have had in my life. It is a profound privilege to sit across from others and be a part of their journey of self-discovery.
