Hello! I’m Jesse
Jesse Lyon is a licensed mental health counselor and owner of Lyon Counseling in Casselberry Florida. He graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling and has experience in substance abuse at The Salvation Army and with Autistic Spectrum Disorder during his time as a therapist with several Orlando based agencies, including OCA. Although he is sought out for his work with teens and young adults, Mr. Lyon works with a variety of topics from marriage issues, depression and anxiety to questions of sexuality and identity. When not at work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife on Disney dates, heading outdoors or playing the drums.

At Lyon Counseling, it is our goal to help you thrive as you embark on your personal adventure for self-improvement. Through a variety of techniques, methods, and approaches we will help you overcome the hurdles that are currently in your way.
Techniques such as hypnosis can help unlock the mind to discover the root of your feelings and emotions to uncover the mental block preventing you from achieving greater success. Through compassion, faith, patience and empathy, we will take this journey together as we create a bond through trust and understanding.
I Work With Individuals, Couples, Families, & Groups
Counseling sessions are offered in person or over the phone for a variety of topics from depression and anxiety to sexual identity and phase of life. Session prices start at $100/hr but are more commonly based on insurance and financial need, call or send a text for more details.
Couples counseling is offered to provide couples a way to reconnect with one another as we explore what challenges, obstacles, and hurdles we all face in life and how to overcome them with our partners.
Jesse provides support to families regarding childhood development, parenting, teenage issues and many others. Jesse has had many years of specializing in helping families with children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and the family dynamics involved.
